刘福来,男,博士,教授,博士研究生导师、教育部新世纪人才、河北省优秀教师, 河北省教学名师、秦皇岛市市管优秀专家

作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金、河北省基金、河北省科技支撑计划项目等省部级项目10余项。校企合作项目3项。

五、奖励与荣誉

(1)2022年被评为东北大学秦皇岛分校思政教学名师;2020年被评为河北省教学名师2019年获第八届河北省高等教育教学成果奖二等奖;2014年被评为河北省优秀教师,同年分别入选河北省三三三人才第二层次秦皇岛市市管优秀专家

(2)2013年入选教育部新世纪人才支持计划,同年入选河北省高校百名优秀创新人才支持计划2012年入选辽宁省高等学校优秀人才支持计划,同年被评为秦皇岛市第五届优秀科技工作者2011年获河北省青少年科技创新奖2010年被评为秦皇岛市第八批专业技术拔尖人才

七、学术成果
